Sentalis runs on a dedicated URL for your organisation. Before you log in for the first time, your administrator will send you an invitation with your login address and credentials. This page walks you through the full sign-in process, from finding the right URL to signing out when you’re done.

Finding your organisation’s URL

Your organisation has its own Sentalis address in the format yourorg.sentalis.co, where yourorg is the slug your administrator registered during setup. You can find this URL in:
  • Your invitation email from Sentalis or your administrator
  • Any bookmark or shortcut your IT team has shared with you
  • The Settings page, where your organisation slug is shown under your organisation card
If you are unsure of the URL, ask your ward administrator or facility manager — they can look it up from their Settings page.

Signing in

Open your organisation's URL

In your browser, go to your organisation’s Sentalis address — for example, yourorg.sentalis.co. The login screen loads automatically. Your organisation’s logo and branding may appear on this page; this is expected.

Enter your credentials

Type your email address and password into the login form, then select Sign in.

Complete multi-factor authentication (if required)

If your organisation uses multi-factor authentication (MFA), Sentalis will prompt you to enter a verification code after your password. Open your authenticator app, copy the current code, and enter it in the field provided.

You're in

After a successful sign-in, Sentalis takes you directly to the Command Centre — your real-time overview of the facility.
Not all organisations require MFA. If you are not prompted for a code, your organisation has not enabled it.

Signing out

To sign out, select the sign-out icon at the bottom of the left sidebar. Hovering over the icon shows a tooltip confirming your email address before you sign out. You will be returned to the login screen immediately.
Always sign out when you finish a session on a shared or public device. Leaving Sentalis open on a shared workstation gives others access to patient information.

Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your password, contact your organisation’s Sentalis administrator. They can reset your password or send you a new invitation link. There is no self-service password reset available from the login screen.
If you know your current password and want to change it, you can do this from Settings once you are logged in. See Account Settings for instructions.

Troubleshooting

”Organisation not found” error

If the login screen shows an “Organisation not found” message, the URL you entered does not match a registered Sentalis organisation. Check:
  • The slug is correct — even a small typo (for example, yourorg versus your-org) will cause this error
  • The full address is correct — the URL should end in .sentalis.co
  • You are not using a stale bookmark — if your organisation has recently migrated, the URL may have changed
If the problem persists after verifying the URL, contact your administrator.

Page does not load

If the login page does not load at all, check your internet connection and try opening the URL in a different browser. If the issue continues, your IT team can confirm whether there is a network or access restriction in place.
