Your account settings let you update personal information, change your password, and adjust the appearance of Sentalis for your session. Access these settings at any time from the sidebar navigation.Documentation Index

Accessing settings
Select the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the Settings page. The page shows your personal profile card, your organisation details, and all available account options.Your profile card
At the top of the Settings page, Sentalis displays a summary card with your name, email address, and assigned role. Your role — for example, admin or staff — determines which parts of Sentalis you can access and edit.Your role is assigned by your organisation’s administrator. Contact your admin if you believe your role is incorrect or you need access to additional features.
Updating your profile
The Profile section lets you update your display name.Edit your name
In the Profile section, locate the Name field and update it to your preferred display name.
Your email address is shown as read-only. To change your email, contact Sentalis support.
Changing your password
You can change your password directly from the Settings page.Set a new password
Enter your new password in the New password field, then confirm it in the Confirm new password field. Your password must be at least 12 characters and include an uppercase letter, a number, and a symbol.
Dark and light mode
Sentalis supports both light and dark display modes. The mode follows your device or browser’s system preference by default. To toggle manually, use the appearance control in the navigation bar at the top of the page.Your theme preference is saved to your browser. If you switch devices, you may need to set it again.
